OptumRx ("We") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information that We may receive from AARP members and other visitors to (the "Site") via participation in the AARP Prescription Discount Program provided OptumRx ("Program"). You may visit the Site without telling us anything about yourself. We do not currently employ any technology that would collect any domain or other information from your browser or computer. If you contact us and choose to provide personally identifiable information, we will utilize it only for purposes for which it was provided, such as to enroll you in a program or to respond to an inquiry. We collect personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses and the like, only when voluntarily provided by a web site visitor. By participating in the Program, you authorize us to disclose personal information, including certain health information, to AARP. We will only use and disclose your personally identifiable information in order to administer the Program, permit AARP to inform your household of its total prescription drug savings under your AARP membership in accordance with its privacy policy, and as permitted hereunder or required by applicable law. We will not sell, rent, license or disclose to any unrelated third party any email addresses or other visitor information collected on the Site or use such email address or information for the benefit of third parties.
