Nystagmus Disorder
Some people have eye movements that they cannot control. The medical name for this is nystagmus. Your eyes may move from side to side or up and down. Sometimes, they move in a circle. This problem may happen in one eye or in both eyes. The movements may be very fast or slow. You may hear this problem described as “dancing eyes.” There is no cure for this health problem. Doctors may use special aids, drugs, or surgery to help the signs.
